Event location: Congregation Beth El, 8000 Main Street, Voorhees NJ!
Become a Sponsor to meet and greet our event Keynote Speaker, Dumisani Washington, at the 5:30pm Sponsor/VIP reception! He is a pastor, musician, and author who will speak about Israel and her right to exist and live in peace with her neighbors. His music is an artistic form of a pro-Israel message, celebrating the Nation of Israel. He is also the Founder and CEO of the Institute for Black Solidarity with Israel (IBSI), which strengthens the relationship between Israel and people of African descent through education and advocacy. Dumisani Washington’s newest book, “Zionism and The Black Church: Why Standing with Israel Will be a Defining Issue for Christians of Color in the 21st Century”, is a discussion of Africa’s ancient connection to Israel and the Jewish people, and the historic Black-Jewish synergy in America. It explains the foundation of spiritual Zionism among Black people, and why that foundation will always inform Black support for Israel.

According to Washington, a Christian interpretation of Psalm 68 calls on African nations to stand in solidarity with Israel. “Africa must lead,” Washington said. “It is paramount that we, as pastors, preach biblical Zionism, which we define as Israel’s right to live in peace with its neighbors, that the land of Israel belongs to the Jewish people,” Washington said. “Historically, they are indigenous.”
